Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applied at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're working toward — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when it becomes available.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us at hello@dusklight.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of your order, contact us at hello@dusklight.co.
Tracking can sometimes lag during transit, particularly when an order moves between carriers or crosses regional hubs. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll investigate straight away.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@dusklight.co with your order number and the reason for your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in those cases, we'll cover the cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
We're sorry to hear that. Please email hello@dusklight.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer, no questions asked.
Product Questions — Diffusers
For ultrasonic/humidifier-style diffusers (like the Rain Cloud and Ember): fill the tank with clean water to the fill line, add 3–8 drops of essential oil, and press the power button. For waterless nebulizing diffusers (like the Scent Tower and Waterless Aroma Diffuser): add essential oil directly to the reservoir — no water needed.
Both are waterless nebulizing diffusers that disperse pure, undiluted essential oil — no water, no heat. The Scent Tower covers up to 650 sq ft and is app-controlled with scheduling features. The Waterless Aroma Diffuser covers up to 2,000 sq ft with a 350ml reservoir and Bluetooth control, making it ideal for larger, open-plan spaces.
Yes — our diffusers are compatible with any pure essential oil. For best results, we recommend Dusklight Essential Oils, which are formulated specifically for use with our devices. Avoid synthetic fragrance oils or oils with carrier oils added, as these can clog waterless diffusers over time.
For ultrasonic diffusers: empty any remaining water, wipe the tank with a soft cloth, and run a short cycle with a few drops of white vinegar diluted in water once a week. For nebulizing diffusers: run a cycle with a small amount of isopropyl alcohol to clean the atomizer, then let it run empty. Full cleaning instructions are included with your product.
First, check that the water level is within the recommended range and the unit is on a flat surface. If the mist is weak, the ultrasonic disc may need cleaning — wipe it gently with a cotton swab dipped in white vinegar. Product Questions — Lamps & Lights
Both products charge via USB. Use the included cable and connect to any USB power source — a phone charger, laptop, or USB hub all work. A full charge typically takes 2–3 hours and provides several hours of use depending on brightness settings.
Both use a PIR (passive infrared) sensor that detects body heat and movement within its field of view. The light activates when motion is detected and turns off automatically after a set period of inactivity — typically 15–30 seconds. Position the light so the sensor faces the area you want to illuminate.
2700K refers to the colour temperature of the light. It's a warm, amber-toned glow — similar to a traditional incandescent bulb — which is ideal for bedrooms and evening use because it doesn't disrupt melatonin production the way cooler, bluer light does.

Essential Oils
We offer five scents, each chosen for its evening atmosphere quality: Lavender (deep calm and sleep support), Peppermint (mental clarity and focus), Vanilla (grounding warmth), White Tea (clean freshness), and Sandalwood (earthy depth). Each bottle is 10ml.
Yes — layering scents is one of the best ways to personalise your sanctuary. A few combinations our customers love: Lavender + Sandalwood for a warm, grounding evening blend; Peppermint + White Tea for a clean, fresh workspace scent; Vanilla + Sandalwood for a rich, cosy atmosphere.
For ultrasonic diffusers, start with 3–5 drops per 100ml of water and adjust to your preference. For waterless nebulizing diffusers, the scent strength is controlled by the device settings — start on a lower setting and increase gradually. A little goes a long way with pure essential oils.
Some essential oils can be harmful to pets, particularly cats and dogs. We recommend consulting your vet before diffusing around animals, especially in enclosed spaces. As a general rule, ensure good ventilation and give pets the option to leave the room when the diffuser is running.
