Shipping

How long does shipping take? +

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How much does shipping cost? +

Free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Where do you ship? +

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at hello@dusklight.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update the address. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes.

How do I track my order? +

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days, contact us at hello@dusklight.co.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is something wrong? +

Tracking can sometimes lag during transit, particularly when a package moves between carriers or crosses regional hubs. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, reach out to us at hello@dusklight.co and we'll investigate right away.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@dusklight.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Who pays for return shipping? +

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case, we'll cover it. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

When will I receive my refund? +

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.

What items can't be returned? +

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on: opened essential oils, personal care goods, perishable items, custom or personalized orders, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we'll let you know.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do? +

We're sorry about that. Please email hello@dusklight.co within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage or incorrect item and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer, no questions asked.

Can I exchange an item instead of returning it? +

Yes — we accept exchanges on eligible items. Email hello@dusklight.co with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for, and we'll walk you through the process.
